I've had an in-person membership since Nov. I come for the bootcamp a few times a week and occasionally spin on Saturdays. The best parts of this gym is the music, the staff (especially the trainers) and the community. The music is bumpin every single time. The trainers are serious about making you work in all the best ways. ALL the staff are friendly and encouraging. I have never witnessed or experienced a moment of bad customer service, which is notable given how many people come through this gym every day. When I walk in the door I know I'm going to have fun and work really hard, or as they say "get fed". I truly feel like I'm taking a fitness journey alongside like-minded people.
4 stars because a $100+ monthly membership fee is a bit high compared to other gyms, especially given that the EFFECT facilities are Basic basic (no childcare, showers, lockers, towels, and just an open room to change in). BUT, the community and type of workout you get are special. You can't find this anywhere else. I love it here. Highly recommend!
If you're looking for a fast-paced, high intensity workout, this is the place to be. Beginner or athlete, you will enjoy the challenge of this workout.

Loved it since the first class I've taken years ago.... Love to see everyone GO! Stay consistent! You'll definitely notice change after just the FIRST class! Music 🔥, people 🔥, instructors 🔥, WORKOUTS 🔥!!!! JUST COME AND ATTEND! Several classes throughout the day! Saturday along with the rest of the classes are always 🔥!
I started strength training with Jesse and Bootcamps with Dooley and my mind and body have been transformed. The people and energy that this gym has is unmatched. If you want to get in better shape and have fun while doing it, choose Effect Fitness! Thank me later!
This place is. Godsend and a jewel of Atlanta. Finally got brave enough to try a bootcamp class and was immediately addicted. I hadn't felt so good in a very long time. This place also helped me 15 lbs for my wedding! Forever a fan and client.
This place is ADDICTIVE. Once you gone 1 time you are HOOKED. The ladies at the front are So Kind and AMAZING. The bootcamp will work every muscles of your body. If you have any doubts just come in 1 time I promise you will not want to leave
ALL I CAN SAY IS " AMAZING! AMAZING!! AMAZING!!!". This was my first class and I have never sweat so much in any bootcamp class before and not feel completely drained afterwards. I LOVED IT!!! The music, the instructor, the class participants were all inspiring. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK SAVE MY SPOT.
The energy in the room is very motivating. The instructors have passion for what they do and it shows well.
Always a great workout and sweat session. The personal trainers are motivational and will get you where you need to be. You just have to do the work. Get paid!!!
Very high energy and great workout. I've gone off and on for years and also done the on demand classes. I love it.
